Once an advisor requests an order for a specific product the sales desk agent can quickly compare “like” products and review product options that may provide greater value to the advisor’s client. This quick ability to search and locate product alternatives will establish your sales desk as a trusted resource to your external sales teams, educate advisors on the breadth of your product offerings and increase sales by presenting your best product option to the client.

VisibleChoice expedites the order entry process by allowing the sales desk agent to send the advisor a link to the case in addition to a .pdf copy of the compliant output. Once the advisor confirms the output they can click on the link and pre-populate the order entry form eliminating the re-keying of data to submit the order.

VisibleChoice supports your sales desks in assisting your advisor’s compliance with FINRA Rule 2821. By providing multiple comparison styles, key information is provided in an easy to understand format that will help an advisor assess product strengths and weaknesses. The sales desk agent can send a document package to the advisor including the comparison information, compliant output and suitability report ensuring that the advisor has all relevant information at their finger tips when presenting product options to their client.

VisibleChoice identifies the user or user group based on the logon ID. Once VisibleChoice knows the user’s identity and jurisdiction it knows exactly what insurance products, functions, integration points and marketing content to make available. This enables the advisor to efficiently review and compare only products available to that advisor to market and sell.
