Our team will work with your team through the setup, testing and sign-off processes for a successful project completion.

Insurance Technologies will assist your team in the original setup of your company in the FireLight® application, including predefined, extensible rule templates, and assist with the training of uploading existing forms, both fillable and non-fillable PDF, or Microsoft XPS documents to the FireLight server from an existing forms repository.

We will work through the implementation process to define support for how you need back office setup for routing, including clearing processes. The platform supports how you want to do business and does not impose interfaces with your firm.

We will also work with your team to design and support an end user adoption plan to drive success.
