Producer Manager
The sales productivity evaluation functionality allows the user to track premium sales (new and renewal), product mix, persistency, and workforce (retention and recruitment statistics) and other customizable Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, it allows the user to forecast future potential results based upon historical and present sales data. Additional distribution expense functionality allows the user to track business expense by sales and distribution unit. This data can then be used simultaneous with the Productivity Evaluation functionality to project and forecast expense over a given period.
